After the property preview, one of our staging stylists will provide a customized proposal outlining the property prep and design plan.

Where we’ll transform your space.
Based on the approved scope of work, Oak and Sage Interiors will pair you with our vetted vendors prior to staging to prep the property. Through this process we act as your in-house design team, advising on color palette, materials and finishes, ensuring the overall design will appeal to today’s modern buyer. Our team then curates a cohesive design from our vast inventory furnishings and décor.

Where you don’t have to lift a finger.
After acceptance of an offer and removal of all contingencies, our dedicated moving team will breakdown and remove all staging furniture.
